The hotel location is good, close to haldiram.. staff behaviour very rude.. they look towrads you with such contempt.. cleaniliness 2 stars.. and the overall appearance looks shadowy, dull.. the tea though tastes awesome. !!! and tv gets disconnected at 12.01 am.. midnight. ! ac remote doesnt work.. it gets operated from main reception area.. if you have a one plus phone or a phone with IR blaster you can control the Ac.. !

Property was ok. Not great. Location was not easy to find. Even the google map location was wrong. Food and Service was good. Overall room, though we have taken deluxe was not felt like deluxe or as it was shown in the images.

location was good metro station was just 500mt . old property but room & bathroom was clean. staff was well trained & sportive . owner was cool and understand issues I talk to owner for one issue and he solved that. thanks

The reception and service was excellent. The room allotted to us were well cleaned and maintained with all the facilities. The location of the hotel was nearby Karol Bagh metro station and market. So we had easy access to vegetarian food, and commutation was easy. Overall, the experience was good

It was a wonderful one, the environment was calm and pleasing, the hotel was clean and room was properly kept clean and tidy, i loved it, i loved the vibe, next time too, i would prefer staying there
